Complaint Process

Authors shouldfollow the author guidelines before submitting their manuscripts to reduce the incidence of complaints.The authors and other concerned parties have the right to complain and inquire about the journal’s ethical policies and guidelines.All complaints can be submitted to the editorial office through an email at [email protected]. Complaints will be investigated the editorial board for necessary actions. Complaints may relate (but not restricted to) the following issues:

Plagiarism

Copyright violation

Manipulation of research results and findings

Violations of research ethics

Conflicts of interest

Bias in editorial and review process

Manuscript processing time

Other issues

 

Policy for Dealing with Complaints

Once a complaint is received, at first an acknowledgement is sent to the complainant with assurance that appropriate action will be taken on complaint within seven working days excluding the complaint receiving date.The investigation process is initiated by the Journal editorial board. After completing the investigation, relevant action is taken if required and communicated to the complainant through email. All complaints are dealt in polite and timely manner as per policy usually within seven to ten working days.The decision of the editorial board with regard to complaints will be final and cannot be challenged.

CORRECTION AND RETRACTION POLICY

Once a manuscript is published, no changes can be made unless in exceptional circumstances. Corrections may be allowed to rectify unintentional mistakes and technical errors in the published papers. The published papers may be retracted if there is clear evidence of fraudulent/unethical practices. The copyright infringement or non-disclosure of conflict interest may also result in retraction of the published papers. The decision of correction or retraction will be made on case to case basis as per the policy. The decision of the editorial board with regard to correction or retraction will be final and cannot be challenged.
